YAD Investments is a private Canadian owned company head-quartered in Toronto Ontario. Established in 1982 the then fledgling company's first acquisition was 48,000 square feet of loft space at 345 Adelaide Street West in downtown Toronto. In almost 40 years YAD Investments has acquired over one million square feet of office, retail and residential property.
From the beginning YAD Investments has focused on management with a goal to continually improve each property in order to attract long-term tenants. Over the past two decades the properties have been continually renovated and upgraded from once aging industrial buildings into modern stylish spaces that continue to attract triple-A tenants.
We have rehabilitated our multi-residential portfolio to acheive leadership in its market while meeting environmental and energy efficiency goals.

Our office space is made up of light-industrial properties constructed in the early 1900's.
